The way I coach is somewhat of a Q&A session.
I will ask you what you want to talk about.
You tell me what’s on your mind.
I will ask more questions about your topic.
You regain clarity and come to conclusions yourself.

I am an intuitive, emphatic and mentally trained coach.
That means that I hear and feel what you are not saying.
With the right questions, you will lead yourself to your own answers.

Sometimes I will teach a concept to support your process.

The one important thing to know is:
You hold your own answers, but often they are hidden.
Deep questioning will bring your truth to surface.
